Mr. Harder possesses a wealth of experience and industry knowledge relating to local and international mining and finance, particularly in relation to issues of relevance to junior or venture issuers. His experience spans the exciting and often maligned days of the VSE to the present day. This first hand knowledge of the multiple changes and trends which have emerged over the decades to shape our present corporate finance industry has given him a superior and unique understanding and perspective on the issues facing our clients.

After spending his early career developing transactional skills at a major Vancouver law firm, Mr. Harder established Harder & Company in 1992. Our downtown boutique law practice provides high level securities and corporate finance advice and services, in a relaxed and less formal business atmosphere.

Mr. Harder has been a member of the British Columbia Law Society since 1986 and maintains memberships with the Canadian Bar Association and British Columbia Securities Subsection of the CBA.

In his free time Mr. Harder enjoys skiing, golfing and other activities typical of life on the West Coast.

Legal Assistant

Leah joined Harder & Company in 2008, after working in the commercial and residential real estate industry for many years. As a key part of our operation, she is knowledgeable and provides legal assistance in corporate, securities and governance matters. Ms. Dionne assists Mr. Harder with coordinating and closing corporate and securities transactions, public offerings, private placements and property acquisitions. She also assists in preparation of collateral corporate documents, TSX-V filings, maintains company minute books, corporate records maintenance, prepares drafts of company documents, and helps manage client relationships.

In her free time, she is a volunteer dog walker with the local SPCA and enjoys baking, cooking, working out, reading and, of course, walking her dog.
